Madhappy and Juicy Couture have collaborated on a 15-piece capsule collection, according to a Monday press release sent to Fashion Dive.
The collection includes unisex and women’s pieces. It ill be available on Thursday on Madhappy’s website and in select Madhappy retail stores.
Pieces include velour and fleece zip-ups, hoodies, track pants and sweatpants, baby tees, baseball tees and trucker hats. The line combines Juicy’s logos with Madhappy’s handstitch detailing, according to the release.
The capsule is meant to combine Juicy’s “nostalgic charm” with Madhappy’s brand essence, per the companies.
Noah Raf, cofounder of Madhappy, said in the release that while growing up in Los Angeles, he had experienced Juicy’s rise to fame as an "iconic brand.”
“It’s been a privilege to work on this collection and inject Madhappy’s point of view into Juicy’s world,” Raf said.
The collection includes a media campaign set in Malibu, California, featuring social media personality Olivia Jade.
Both Madhappy and Juicy released high profile collaborations with other brands in 2024.
Authentic Brands Group-owned Juicy released a collection with Reebok, also owned by Authentic, in July. The Y2K-inspired line included footwear and apparel. Authentic bought Juicy in 2013 for $195 million.
Meanwhile, Madhappy released a 41-piece collection with Gap in August, featuring clothing for men, women and children. As part of the collaboration, Gap said it would donate to the Madhappy Foundation, a mental health nonprofit.
Madhappy was founded in Los Angeles in 2017 and calls itself a clothing brand for “a community of optimists.”
