Kate Spade is launching an apparel collaboration with plus size DTC brand Eloquii, according to a press release Thursday.
The 11-piece holiday collection, which the companies said was designed with a “modern, feminine touch,” includes bow-adorned dresses, polka dot skirts, pink cocktail dresses, blazers and blouses.
Pieces in the collaboration are available in sizes 14 to 28, and prices range from $99 to $499. The capsule debuted Thursday and is available exclusively on Eloquii’s e-commerce site, per the release.
“Designing the collaboration for [Eloquii] and kate spade new york was the perfect fusion of two distinct yet complementary worlds — blending [Eloquii’s] impeccable fit with kate spade new york’s signature prints and playful sense of style,” Yesenia Leigh, vice president of design and creative director of Eloquii, said in the release. “This partnership allowed us to create something truly special, where timeless elegance meets modern, fun fashion.”
Eloquii is owned by FullBeauty Brands, which bought the company from Walmart in 2023. Around the time of FullBeauty’s acquisition, Eloquii partnered with Urban Outfitters Inc.-owned Nuuly to offer select pieces through the Nuuly rental service.
Eloquii has been through several phases of ownership. It was launched in 2011 by The Limited but shut down two years later. It relaunched as a DTC brand in 2014, and Walmart bought the company in 2018.
Meanwhile, Kate Spade is owned by Tapestry Inc. The brand has been a pain point for the conglomerate, which also owns Coach and Stuart Weitzman. It recently appointed a new president to lead the brand, Eva Erdmann, who is tasked with helping accelerate the brand’s growth.
